In a first part, the early nineteenth century agricultural product for the different regions was calculated. This resulted in a detailed database covering for the different regions important agricultural variables as land occupation, grain yields - i.e. the yearly production of meat, dairy products, skins and wool - the total agricultural output and the growth figure between those years.
