This “Opus Theologicum Morale” represents the chief work of the Italian Jesuit theologian (1805-1881) Antonii Ballerini. It’s a commentary on Hermann Busenbaum's “Medulla theologiae moralis, facili ac perspicua methodo resolvens casus conscientiae” from 1645, a very popular manual on practical moral thelogy, which was widely used in seminaries for 200 years, and saw more than 200 editions before 1776.
