Arequipa, Peru 1934, lives and works in the US) with more than 150 photographs taken the last 4 decades during his professional trajectory and covering from his early years in Peru and the creation of the gallery and formation center Secuencia through his most recent creations done in the United States. Critical texts of the catalogue are by author and linguist expert Mario Montalbetti, who in his essay "DISTANCIA, Arte de la" defines La Rosa work as, "windows where we see exactly what we see, genre and species mixed without difference" --p. 25.
