This vast and prestigious operation included the restoration - by the Anthony Béchu architectureagency - of 4 buildings totalling 60,000 m2 in surface area, including three town houses which are heritage listed or appear in the French inventory of Historic Buildings: the Hotel d'Evreux, the Hotel de Castanier and the Hotel des Vieux, as well as remarkable locations like the former CFF front office and bond drawing offices and heritage listed salons.
